How to Sign Up Someone Else on a SignUp
Sign Up on Behalf of a Family Member, Team, or Group in a Few Simple Steps
Last Updated June 17, 2026
You can sign up yourself and other people at the same time on a SignUp — a handy option for helping family members, team groups, and others participate in the event. Here are the three scenarios.
Signing Up Yourself and Others
Complete your own information first, then click Save and Add Another Person to register each additional participant. Click Save and Done only when you have finished adding everyone — that button will only register the most recent entry.
Signing Up Others (Not Yourself)
Enter each person individually, clicking Save and Add Another Person after each one. When you have added everyone, click Save and Done.
Signing Up a Child or Dependent Only
Fill in your own name and contact details, but set your spot quantity to 0 using the minus button. Then click Save and Add Another Person and enter your child or dependent's information to assign the spot to them.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- If the organizer requires a waiver, a parent or guardian can accept it on behalf of their child by checking the appropriate box during sign-up.
