How to Get a Report of Your Personal Volunteer Hours
See Your Full Service Record, All in One Place
Last Updated June 17, 2026
You can pull a report of your personal volunteer hours directly from your SignUp profile. You will need a registered account with a password to access it — here is how to set that up and get your report.
How to Access Your Volunteer Hours Report
- Go to signup.com and create a registered account with a password, or log in if you already have one. Most volunteers signed up without creating an account, so this step may be new for you.
- Click the account menu icon in the upper-right and go to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the Participant Hours Report section.
- Select your time period — Last Year, This Year, or All Time — and your report will be emailed to you.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- If you volunteered without a registered account, your hours are still recorded — you just need to create an account to access them. Use the same email address you used when you signed up for events.
- If an organizer has deleted or archived a SignUp, those hours will not appear in your report. Search your past emails from mail@signup.com or contact the organizer directly for documentation of those hours.
All those hours you put in? They are tracked and ready when you need them.
