How to Find a Missing SignUp
Locate Past, Archived, or Hard-to-Find SignUps in a Few Steps
Last Updated June 17, 2026
SignUp retains all past SignUps — nothing is deleted unless you delete it yourself. If a SignUp is missing from your Dashboard, it is most likely archived or filtered out of view.
Step 1: Adjust Your Filter Settings
On your Dashboard, use the Filter By dropdown to switch from the default "Active" view to Past or Archived. Past SignUps include any that have ended but have not been archived. Archived SignUps are stored separately and need to be restored before they become editable.
Step 2: Restore an Archived SignUp
If you find it in the Archived view, click the Settings Gear icon next to the SignUp and select Restore. Then change the Filter By dropdown back to All Sign-ups to see it alongside your other active SignUps.
Step 3: Check a Different Account
Search your email for messages from mail@signup.com. If the SignUp was created under a different email address, log in with that account and repeat Step 1.
Step 4: Contact Support
If you still cannot locate it, email support@signup.com and include: the SignUp title, the approximate start date, a shareable invitation link or notification email URL, and all possible organizer email addresses you may have used.
Re-Inviting Previous Participants
Once your SignUp is restored, you can use the gear icon to Duplicate the SignUp for a new date. Then, you can use Add from Previous on the Invite tab in invite participants to the new SignUp or send your shareable invitation link via your normal route of communication.
