Getting started with SignUp is free and takes just a few minutes. Create an account, build your signup sheet, share the link, and you are ready to go. No downloads, no complicated setup, no chasing people down for responses.

SignUp is built for the people who make things happen — teachers, team parents, club coordinators, community volunteers, and event planners. If you are the one with the clipboard, this is your tool.

The Basic Flow

  1. Create a free account at SignUp.com.
  2. Click Create a SignUp and give it a name.
  3. Add the spots, shifts, slots, or items your group will be signing up for.
  4. Set your preferences — reminders, participant limits, notifications — then save.
  5. Share your link by email, text, social media, or QR code. Participants can sign up from any device with no account required.

You get a live roster. Your group gets a simple, stress-free way to sign up. Less back-and-forth for everyone.
