How to Duplicate a SignUp

Reuse Your Setup for a New Season or Event Without Starting Over

Yes — you can duplicate any existing SignUp from your Dashboard and carry all your spots and settings into a fresh one. It is a great time-saver for recurring events, new school years, and anything else you run season after season.

How to Duplicate a SignUp

  1. Log in on a desktop or tablet and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Under My SignUps, find the SignUp you want to copy. Use the Filter By dropdown to surface past or archived SignUps if needed.
  3. Click the gear icon next to the title (list view) or in the upper right corner of the card (card view) and select Duplicate or Reset: 
    • Duplicate: Creates a brand-new SignUp with a new title and shareable URL.
    • Reset: Keeps the same URL, clears participants, and archives the original.
     
  4. Name your new SignUp and choose how to handle the spots: 
    • Duplicate All Spots: Copies the exact schedule with the same dates under a new name. Good for similar events on the same timeline.
    • Move Spots to a New Start Date: Shifts the whole schedule forward to a new start date. Perfect for recurring events and new seasons.
     
  5. Review the Details and Invite tabs to update your welcome message, organizer info, or grab your new shareable link.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • If your SignUp spans multiple dates and you are shifting to a new start date, match the first day of the week to the same day in the new calendar for the cleanest result.
  • Avoid duplicating a SignUp that contains multiple years of dates unless you first delete all but one year of spots.
