How to Make Your SignUps Ad-Free
Remove Ads from All Your SignUps — No Premium Plan Required

You do not need a Premium plan to go ad-free. Any account type — Basic, Premium, Campus, or Organization — can upgrade to an ad-free experience for $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Ads disappear immediately once you upgrade.
What Gets Removed
- Picture and video ads on all your SignUps and Group Pages
- Ads in email notifications sent to participants
- Sponsored offer checkboxes on the participant sign-up screen
How to Upgrade to Ad-Free (Basic Account)
- Log in from a computer or tablet and click the profile icon.
- Click the Upgrade link in the middle of the page.
- Check the ad-free option and select Ad-Free Only (monthly or annual).
- Click Continue and enter your payment information.
How to Add Ad-Free to an Existing Premium, Campus, or Organization Plan
Email Support@SignUp.com from your primary organizer address with the subject line Ad-Free Upgrade Request. Include your account email and authorization for the additional charge.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- The ad-free benefit applies to all SignUps where you are the Primary Organizer.
- The annual plan ($99.99/year) saves you the equivalent of about two months compared to paying monthly.
