How to Get Notified When Someone Signs Up

Stay on Top of New Registrations with Real-Time or Scheduled Alerts

Organizer signup notifications are turned off by default but can be enabled in just a few clicks. All organizers and assistant organizers listed on a SignUp will receive alerts based on the shared preference setting.

On Desktop

  1. Click your SignUp title from the Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Settings tab and click Email Preferences.
  3. Find "Notify me when someone signs up" and choose your preference.

On Mobile

  1. Open your SignUp and tap the title.
  2. Select Details, then Notifications.
  3. Toggle "Notify me when someone signs up" and set your frequency.

Notification Options

  • Always — An email for every new registration.
  • Never — No notifications sent.
  • 1–7 days before the event — Only receive alerts for last-minute signups within your chosen window.
